Certificate Collection

Certificates are available for collection between 9am and 3pm from the Main Reception.

If a candidate is unable to collect their certificates in person, a relative may pick these up instead. However, the candidate must have the completed the third party permission form (available here) or a letter giving the relative permission.  The relative must provide photographic identification eg. Passport or Driving Licence.

Contingency Planning

The qualification regulators, JCQ and government departments responsible for education have prepared and agreed information for schools and colleges in the event of examinations being seriously disrupted. This jointly agreed information will ensure consistency of response in the event of major disruption to the examinations system affecting significant numbers of candidates.

The awarding bodies have designated tbc as a ‘contingency day’ for examinations. Centres must therefore remind candidates that they must remain available until tbc should an awarding body need to invoke its contingency plan.
